As far as I am concerned, these flavors hit all the right spots when I'm craving something sweet. Almond joys were always my candy bar of choice.
Well, this afternoon...I had an intense craving for something sweet. Ladies....we know ALL about this do we not? In my determination to not cave in to intense desire, rather than getting cranky...I decided to get creative! I am soooooo pleased with my creation that I have to share it with you all!
Ingredients:
- Protein Mix of Choice. Preferably Chocolate. I use About Time Chocolate Protein. It is my FAVORITE protein powder. It is only 103 calories, has 25 g of protein and ZERO carbs. And it is delicious!!!

- Cocoa Powder: I add this because it gives it a DARK chocolate taste: 1 tbs = 10 calories
