Core Combo Challenge

Here's a quick core combo challenge for you. You can try it on the ground as a modification. 

1. Around the world Plank. 
once around clockwise and counterclockwise 

2. Leg Lifts
10-20 reps

Repeat this combo 3 times and you have gotten an excellent 360 degree core conditioner for the day.
