Catie had an appointment today during my regular gym time so I had to put together a home circuit. I uploaded a couple tutorials for you.
I don't have time to share my entire workout but these are great options to incorporate into a workout routine to spice things up.
First Set of Exercises:
Jumping Lunges and Everest Climbers
Make sure you are very warmed up before this. It is killer!
You will ladder down by twos starting at 20, 18, 16, 14...and so on. See Video. I'm going to have to get that camera set up at a different angle. Sheesh! I look like a monster. haha.
Also, this is a great exercise to do after oblique work because this really targets your abs.
Next set of exercises:
Plyo Pike Pushups and Donkey Pikes
You can ladder down from 10 by singles alternating between the two exercises. Take breaks as needed if you get dizzy. This is a great exercise for your shoulders.
