As We Add Green Tea, Let's Also Remove Hydrogenation

I'm UPING THE ANTE on your nutrition challenge this week!

Remember last week when I told you what you should NEVER purchase and avoid consuming ever again?

1. Hydrogenated Oils/Trans Fats
2. Refined Grains
3. High Fructose Corn Syrup
4. Artificial Sweeteners
5. Artificial Colors and Flavors
4. Glutamates/MSG

Although I do not live by the philosophy of what you can't do, but rather what you CAN do, I want you to NOT ever do the above ingredients ever again because they sabotage your health. GET RID OF THEM.

SO, let's focus each week on learning about ONE of these things and what you consume regularly that these ingredients are in. Focus on NOT consuming one of the above ingredients. It's a baby step.

So this week, let's start with HYDROGENATED OILS. 



NO. NO. NO.

Get them out!

Look at all your ingredients. If it says trans fats or partially or fully hydrogenated, etc...then don't consume it and find an alternative for it.


If there isn't an ingredient on something you want to consume. GOOGLE it. Google knows everything.

Stop making excuses and start being proactive.
