More Breakfast Alternatives

Good Morning Again!

Are you drinking coffee right now with THIS in it?


Let's take a peek inside...

I know I seem like a NAZI, but it's fine if you have a TBS every now and then but if you have it in your fridge and drink it every day in several cups of coffee which can often equal 4 or more TBS...then you may be doing damage. Guess how many calories are in a few tablespoons of coffeemate? Yep, you guessed it. 

Let's do our best to change this coffee creamer habit.

If you must do dairy then just get an organic creamer. One without hormones and antibiotics. 



If you want an alternative creamer that does NOT contain dairy, then opt for one that doens NOT have soy in it. Read my Post of JUST SAY NO TO GMO'S. You should really limit the amount of soy you have unless it is organic because it is otherwise most likely genetically modified. BAD. Yes that was harsh, but give me a break...it got your attention didn't it? :) And sorry to keep harassing you about watching this documentary, but I will probably mention it in almost every post until you all start telling me you've seen it. I really want feedback on it. Does anyone ELSE know about this stuff! 

Ok. Back on Track. A non dairy creamer that does not contain soy is........


We use the french vanilla and my husband LOVES it. He has asked me very kindly not to tell him what "sissy" stuff is in it cause he really likes it. LOL. Why do men think that eating healthy is a sissy thing? LAME. 
Side Note: Bryan is my biggest supporter in all of this and if ever we get off track, he is the FIRST to demand we start eating clean again because when we are then the women in his life are a LOT less cranky. Children included. hehe.

PS. GREEK YOGURT is a dairy product that is brilliant and perfectly wonderful and fine to have. It is packed with protein and healthy probiotics, mix it with fresh organic berries, honey, and granola. mmmmmmmm.
