You want AN AWESOME workout? It can be 15, 30, or 45 mins. Here it IS!!!

I LOVE this circuit I put together because it is a head to toe full body workout that you can do in 15, 30, or 45 mins. No matter what amount you do...you will get a quick intense circuit that will throw your metabolism into overdrive.

Part 1 is your full body conditioner: Equipment? A mat and a jump rope

BEGIN! You will perform these 5 exercises by doing 5 reps of each and 5 sets total. It targets every area of your body. Go as fast as you can but it should take about 5 mins average for 5 sets. Each exercise is designed to flow easily into the next.

1. 5 FULL situps or crunches as a modification
2. 5 Pushups on toes or knees as a modification


3. 5 Squat thrusts. Jump your feet to chest or simply walk them in and out for a modification
4. 5 Jump Squats or regular squats for a modification


5. Inchworms. Bend your knees if you need to.

Next! Grab your jump rope. This such an AWESOME set of exercises.
Set your timer for 1 min and reset it for each round

1. Jump Rope fast for 1 min

2. Lay the rope down length wise and stretch it out. Start at one end and do a burpee.

 
3. Shuffle to the other and do a jump squat. (see jump squat above)
 Stay low as you shuffle

Go back and forth as fast as you can doing these two exercises at each end with a shuffle in between.
Do this as many times as you can for 1 min. Your LEGS WILL BE ON FIRE. 

Feel the Fire? This means CHANGE is happening. Woohoo!

Repeat this 3 times for a total of 6 mins

NEXT! Grab you Mat. TABATAS! to target the abs and keep your heart rate pumping.
You will preform the next 2 exercises for 20 secs each with 10 secs rest in between. Do them 4 times for a total of 4 mins. It's only 20 secs of your life at a time so push yourself hard.

1. Mountain Climbers. BUTT DOWN. Rapid Pace.
2. Cross Crawls
That is Your FULL CIRCUIT!!!

If 15 mins is all you got then consider yourself WORKED OUT! If you can make it 45 mins then repeat this whole thing 3 times.

If you have an hour to exercise then do 2 rounds of this and then Go for a 30 min run and try to get 3 miles in.
