AWESOME FULL BODY WORKOUT!!!
Equipment:
Mat, Bench, and Heavy Dumbell or Kettlebell
Warm Up on Treadmill for 5 mins
I. BUTT BURNER!!!
6 rounds of the following 2 exercises. Move from one exercise right into the next. Give yourself 15 secs rest between sets
a. 20 Pop Squats
b. 20 Sumo Squats with dumbbell or kettle bell. This is stationary. Keep your feet planted and just go up and down
2. Treadmill Incline Run 3 mins. A good starting goal is to run at an incline of 5 at 5 or 6 mph.
3. AB WASTER: 3 exercises. Do 30 secs of each. 3 rounds total equals 6 mins. Move fast. Your break is the hover.
a. Rotating Oblique Knee Crunch. Alternate from one side to another rather than doing 30 sec on one side
B. Hold 30 sec hover
C. Plank with alternating Oblique Crunches. Meet your elbow and knee at the middle.
D. Hold Hover for 30 secs
4. Treadmill Incline Run for 3 mins
5. Perform the 2 exercise just like the first set. 6 rounds Except switch sides
a. One Leg Tricep Dips on bench
b. One Leg Drawbridge with Same leg you had lifted on tricep dip. Lift and lower. Keep your butt and shoulder blades off floor
Do this again with opposite side. You'll end up doing each side 3 times.
6. Do and incline Run again and there you have it!!!
